By subscribing to or using Fresh Picked Jobs ("the Service," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must unsubscribe and stop using the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Fresh Picked Jobs is an email-based newsletter that delivers curated job listings Monday through Friday to subscribers in the United States and Canada.
We do not operate as an employer, recruitment agency, job board, or staffing company.
3. Eligibility
You must:

- Provide a valid email address.
4. Subscription and Unsubscribing
- Subscriptions to Fresh Picked Jobs are voluntary and based on your explicit opt-in consent.
- You may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link found in every email.

5. Accuracy of Job Listings
Fresh Picked Jobs curates job listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that:
- Jobs are still open or available
- Employer information is accurate
- Compensation or details are correct
We provide listings for informational purposes only.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service
- Copy, scrape, distribute, or resell newsletter content without permission
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the newsletter including formatting, branding, and curated presentation is owned by Fresh Picked Jobs. You may not reproduce or redistribute newsletter content without written permission.
8. Service Availability
We aim to send newsletters Monday through Friday but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. We may pause or modify the newsletter schedule at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by United States and Canadian law, Fresh Picked Jobs is not responsible for:
- Job outcomes
- Hiring decisions
- Losses resulting from reliance on information in the newsletter
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Fresh Picked Jobs and its team from claims or losses arising from misuse of the Service or breaches of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
- For United States subscribers: your state of residence
- For Canadian subscribers: your province or territory
Any disputes will be resolved in courts in the subscriber's jurisdiction.
